KO, directed by K.V. Anand, is in the final stages of shooting. Since K.V. Anand is a cinematographer turned director, a lot of emphasis will be on the camera as well. If you were impressed with the cinematography of Ayan, then prepare to be amazed. The KO team is only the second in the world to use the ultra-speed Phantom-Flex camera. Designed to capture 2800 frames per second, this camera is used by the James Bond crew for their next movie. Wow!
What is more interesting is that neither Anand nor the cameraman Richard Nathan was informed that the Phantom-flex is just a prototype and is only a demo version. When Anand learnt about this, he decided to take a huge risk by continuing shooting with the same camera. Though the crew had a backup camera, they could sigh in relief only when the desired shots were canned by the Phantom-flex.
