The Tamil Nadu Film Distributors’ Association held a meeting for its members at the Film Chamber conference hall on August 25th, 2010 at 3 pm. One of the most important issues discussed was action on actor Vishal. The distributors are aggrieved as Vishal’s home production GK Films Corporation did not settle the amount which is due to several distributors even after several reminders. Following this, the distributors all over the state have decided to boycott Vishal’s films. Rajagopalan, Joint Secretary of Chennai, Kanchipuram and Tiruvallur district distributors’ association, Balaji on behalf of North Arcot distributors’ association President, Secretary Dilli Babu, Vice-president Sundaram, Joint Secretary Urari Ram, and Nanda Kumar, Treasurer and Ananda L Suresh Tamil Nadu Distributors’ Council Secretary participated in this meeting among others.
